Ed came in and did a inspection on our home. Carolyn and I were impressed with all he found. The biggest was the roof shingles that had been improperly installed after the hail damage in 2014. It was causing rain water to seep into the house, which I had no idea it was. I contacted the insurance company and they sent out the original contractor that had done the shingling. They said there was no problems with the roof. I sent in Ed’s inspection report that was complete with pictures to the insurance company. In no time the insurance company had the roof redone. With the thoroughness of Ed’s inspection, a lot of damage to our house was averted.
